Who publishes this site, and what we do with the little data you choose to share with us.
The saxai.tech website is published by:
François MARTINET, in his capacity as site publisher.
All content on this site (text, visuals, videos, logos, the SAxAI brand, structure and code) is the property of the publisher or is used with permission. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by the French Intellectual Property Code.
The names of methods, standards and organisations mentioned (for example NF E60-182, ADEME, Toyota Production System) are cited for reference only; they remain the property of their respective owners.
The information published on this site is provided for guidance only and may change without notice. The quantified results presented relate to past engagements and do not constitute a commitment to results for any future engagement.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content.
This site collects the bare minimum: the messages you choose to send us.
The site publisher, identified in section 1.1. Contact: francois@saxai.tech.
The site has no forms. When you write to francois@saxai.tech, we receive your email address, your name and job title if you provide them, and the content of your message.
As with any website, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) needed for the security and proper operation of the service.
The site's fonts are hosted on our own servers. Loading them does not send any data to a third-party service.
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making, and we neither sell nor rent your data.
Your data is accessible only to the site publisher. It is hosted by our technical service providers, who act on our instructions:
Your data is hosted in the European Union. If an engagement requires exchanges with contacts outside the EU (notably in Southeast Asia), we will inform you beforehand and govern the transfer with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to data to what is strictly necessary and apply reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
This site sets no cookies or trackers for audience measurement, advertising or social media. The contact button simply opens your own email client: it neither reads nor stores anything on your device. No consent banner is therefore required. Should this change, this policy would be updated and your consent obtained beforehand.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding its fate after your death. To exercise these rights, write to francois@saxai.tech. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
This legal notice and privacy policy are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
This document may change, in particular as new features are added to the site. The update date below is authoritative.
